Our story

The story of two dreamers

In February 2012, while Hervé was working in sustainable development and Tifenn was a primary school teacher, we bought this property with our heads full of dreams.

  • The first: to live in a rejuvenating natural setting between land and sea, in order to raise children.
  • The second: to develop a hospitality business (unusual accommodation and events), in order to work together, promote the region, and become agents of respect for people and the environment

In February 2016

We are opening the restaurant area with the crêperie, where we are committed to working with local producers and cooking "homemade" dishes, using seasonal produce and seafood.

Today, you will enjoy coming to share a convivial moment over tapas and local drinks (suppliers: Hénaff, Bigoodalg, Kauribrewery…)

In November 2019

We obtained the necessary permits to renovate the old farmhouse into a reception hall and to build 10 ecolodges. The ensuing health crisis reinforced our human convictions of respect, sharing, and our connection to nature.

Finally, in June 2022, after 10 years of perseverance, we opened the doors of Jardin Saint Germain "Lodges & Events".
